Product Features:

This product is a glyphosate ammonium salt soluble granule (WDG) additive, divided into tallow amine and non tallow amine. This product is easy to shape and granulate, and customers can choose the appropriate dosage according to the needs.

Preparation method:

1. Preparation of ammonium glyphosate salt
Put glyphosate acid and ammonium bicarbonate into the kneading machine, control the final material temperature to around 40 ° C by heating, knead for 1-1.5 hours, add additives and ammonium sulfate, and stir for about half an hour. Observe the appropriate dryness and wetness of the material, and take a sample for water solubility experiments to completely dissolve it (fully dissolve, indicating complete reaction). Pour the reacted material into the granulator for granulation (this process is for reference only, and the specific process and kneading time will be adjusted according to the on-site process conditions).
2. Drying, screening, and packaging
The glyphosate particles extruded by the granulator are directly placed in a fluidized bed for drying at a temperature of 80-90 ° C (residence time is adjusted according to the water content in the discharge). The dried particles are sieved and tested to confirm that the product is qualified before packaging the finished product.
